A Special Service Award was presented to William Phillips AD6JV “honoring exceptional contributions to the AARC in mentoring: Outreach to young people by chairing Club activities at many Virginia Piedmont Regional Science Fairs.”
A Special Service Award was presented to Joseph A. Giovanelli W2PVY “honoring exceptional contributions to the knowledge and fellowship of the AARC by serving as Net Control and Technical Manager of the Monday Night Information Net.”
