2018 AARC Awards Banquet
The AARC Annual Awards Banquet will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, 990 Hilton Heights Rd,
Charlottesville, VA 22901, at 5:30 PM on Tuesday December 11, 2018. The total cost per person for their Chef’s Choice Buffet will be $20. This includes a non-alcoholic beverage and a cash bar will also be available.
AARC Demonstrates Ham Radio at Boy Scout Camporee
On Saturday, October 13, 2018, AARC members Dennis Terribile, WR4I; Ed Berkowitz, N3US; and Bob Romanko AK4BR set up a station and demonstrated Ham Radio to over 150 Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts and Adult leaders at the Apple Harvest Fall Camporee of the Stonewall Jackson Area Council. … Read the rest
